Analysts continue to predict the demise of the PDA, frequently citing Sonys exit from the market, but Hewlett Packard Corp. is moving in a different direction.
The company is introducing six new iPaq models in its Pocket PC line, including its first phone/PDA combo. The iPaq h6315, which is being introduced in partnership with T-Mobile, has three wireless-network options, GPRS, 802.11b, and Bluetooth.
PC Magazine looked at pre-production units of it and the other iPaqs which include the high-end iPaq hx4700with a VGA screen ($649.99 direct).
