S&P Survey Finds Wireline Customers Ready to Cut the Cord

Nearly ten percent of current wireline customers surveyed by Standard & Poors Equity Research Services said they would transfer their wireline numbers to wireless carriers.

S&P telecommunications services equity analyst Todd Rosenbluth also said 16 percent of wireless customers are planning to switch carriers once their contracts are up.

For most customers, price and quality of service are the most important factors when choosing wireless service.
