T-Mobile USA is shipping Samsung Electronics p735 multimedia phone. The triband, GSM/GPRS device has a built-in 1-megapixel camera, a video recorder and an MP3 player.

The phones most distinctive feature, however, is its flip screen, which rotates horizontally, as well as vertically, for video recording or picture taking.

The phone has 64MB of internal memory, as well as an RS-MMC slot for memory expansion. The phone ships with a 32MB multimedia card.

Lacking in the p735 is support for Bluetooth wireless technology. The phone is available from T-Mobile for $499 with a one-year service contract.
