Lockheed Martin Technology Services Friday announced an agreement to acquire the outstanding stock of federal integrator OAO Corp.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. OAO, based in Greenbelt, Md., employs more than 2,000 people and generated more than $200 million in revenue in 2000.

Lockheed Martin Technology Services plans to combine one of its companies, Lockheed Martin Information Support Services, with OAO to form a new organization targeting the federal information technology market.
