Windows Live ‘Agora’ to Take Cues From Xbox Live Marketplace

From Microsoft Watch: When we first stumbled onto the Windows Live ‘Agora’ code name a month or so ago, we weren’t quite sure what it was. But thanks to a little sleuthing by Liveside.Net and others, we now know that Agora will live up to its codename and be a marketplace for Windows Live services. Will Agora supersede the existing Windows Marketplace (which is due for an overhaul on August 28)? We’re not sure. But we do know Agora will be taking some of its cues from Xbox Live Marketplace, starting with its Points system.
