Computer support company iYogi is expanding its services with support for multifunction printer installation and troubleshooting for small offices and individual consumers.

As part of the new offering announced July 10, iYogi techs will help customers install printers, remotely install supported drivers, and scan for and correct hardware errors.

“The ability to print is at the heart of any small or [midsize] business operation,” Vishal Dhar, president of iYogi, said in an e-mail to eWEEK. “The new services eliminate the need for key employees or overburdened IT staff to take time out from their daily tasks to deal with these issues.”

iYogis support covers printer vendors such as Dell, Canon, Hewlett-Packard, Brother, Lexmark and Epson, and will be available for $24.99.
