CIOs and IT managers are most concerned about spam and viruses when it comes to enterprise messaging systems, according a survey from Ferris Research. At this months Enterprise Messaging Decisions conference, David Ferris, principal analyst at Ferris Research, said other concerns include compliance regulations, Microsofts pricing policies and denial of service (DoS) attacks. The survey was given to 11,000 IT professionals representing various industries.
