Dell Printers Look to Challenge HPs Market Dominance

This is one of Dells multifunction, black-and-white printers that can print, scan and fax. This machine handles 55 pages per minute and costs $3,319.

These two printers are part of Dells midrange printer offerings. Both machines handle 45 pages per minute. The Dell 5230n costs $899, while the Dell 5230dn costs $999.

These printers are Dells smaller multifunction models, and both printers handle 40 pages per minute. The Dell 3333dn costs $999, and the Dell 3335dn costs $1,299.

On several of its multifunction printers, Dell included a touch screen that can be tailored to specific needs, such as health care, legal or education.

The lower end of the new printer portfolio, the Dell 1130 handles 19 pages per minute and costs $119. The Dell 1130n handles 24 ppm and costs $179.
