Web development and design company Ke Solutions announced a limited-time package for the creation of e-commerce solutions-including design, development and hosting-for the small business owner.

The package includes a range of features such as unlimited content/pages, unlimited feedback forms, custom-designed e-mail auto-responders, integrated e-mail marketing, news section, photo and video albums, as well as blog platforms.

The e-commerce site also includes a shopping cart, shipping integration, various payment options and product searches, and allows small business owners to derive data such as sales analysis and tracking, inventory control, customer feedback, and product promotion capabilities. Ke is a content management system for creating and managing Websites. “Content” may be traditional elements such as text, images or files. The company said Ke is designed to support custom “content objects” and “content lists,” designed for an organization’s business processes and to be extremely user-friendly and simple to operate.

Ke is also introducing a feature called snippets, reusable pieces of code that can be nested to provide entire Web pages. Reusable code allows users to deploy new functionality on the Website without need for complex coding. With snippets functionality, the company said it is easier to cascade changes through Website maintenance only in certain areas of a business’s Website.

Other features include product directories, business directories, discussion forums, e-newsletters, shopping carts, discount coupons and rating systems, and businesses pay only for the Ke Website management features that are used. The company offers several packages as well as different levels of paid support plans, all listed on the company Website.

Company President Lorin Morar said in this difficult economic environment, Ke wanted to provide clients with a cost-effective, professional e-commerce presence quickly and simply. “We wanted this special offer to include all of the features and functions that would make our clients’ online businesses successful,” Morar said. “With most Website development companies, marketing and search engine optimization [SEO] features are an added expense. We have included these features in order to give our clients access to all the necessary tools for success at a price they could afford.”

KeAdmin is an administration dashboard of Ke Website engine that controls and manages all aspects of the Ke environment. It is the part of the Website engine used to manage users and their accounts, maintain individual user access levels, set up site categories and content types. Users can manage features such as e-commerce and discussion forums, and modify application variables used in dynamic decisions based on external data values (including price changes based on currency exchange ratios). With the dashboard of the Website engine, users can also upload images or files to appropriate content holders automatically.
