      Normally all youll see of Dells PowerVault MD3000i iSCSI SAN (storage area network) device is this plain front that looks like all of the other Dell rack mount equipment youve seen.

      When you pull the bezel off of the PowerVault MD3000i, youll see up to 15 hot-swappable drives. According to Dell, these are the same drives that are used in the companys PowerEdge servers.

      Most of the screens in Dells Disk Storage Manager, including the Configuration screen, provide links to wizards and forms. Its not exactly a graphical control screen, but it is easy to use.
