Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. this week announced plans to introduce its Blu-ray disk recorder on July 31, 2004. The Panasonic DMR-E700BD recorder supports dual-layer disks with 50GB capacity. The device also comes with four built-in tuners for terrestrial digital broadcasting, satellite broadcasts and and terrestrial analog broadcasts.
