Perhaps one of the only true competitors to the iPhone, the new Palm Pre runs a Linux based operating system developed by Palm called, webOS. It also features a 3.1 inch touchscreen, slide out the QWERTY keyboard, a MicroUSB port, a 3 megapixel camera with an LED flash, media player and of course a GPS system. The phone is due out during the first half of 2009. eWEEK Labs analyst Andrew Garcia is at CTIA in Las Vegas where Sprint was previewing the phone. Take a look.
