One trend we're noticing in this year's fall TV premier lineup is the reoccurrence of so many badass leading characters. Whether it is someone keeping his terrorist past hidden in "Homeland," a president of the United States hiding a high-profile affair in "Scandal" or a blood splatter analyst turned serial killer in "Dexter," the leading bad dudes or tough ladies all need a tech toy to help them out. eWEEK has constructed a slide show of tech products that would come to the aid of these adventurous leading characters. Intrigued to see what we think should be included in Walter White's meth kit?  Now in its fifth season, "Breaking Bad" follows protagonist Walter White, a chemistry teacher who lives in New Mexico with his wife, infant daughter and teenage son who has cerebral palsy. White is diagnosed with Stage III cancer and given a prognosis of two years left to live. With nothing to lose, he turns to a life of crime—producing and selling methamphetamine. White and the other hardliners listed here have access to plenty of technology. However, this slide show offers some suggestions on tech toys that could uniquely assist them.
