If somebody asked, how would you answer the following question: Do you believe your company's business outlook will get better, stay the same or worsen in the next six months? Well it turns out Glassdoor, a jobs and career online community, put this very question to its members to find out what employees think about their employers' short-term growth prospects. Only 38 percent of employees, across all 250,000 companies on Glassdoor, believe their company's business outlook will get better in the next six months. The survey results were based on businesses with at least 20 company reviews and 20 business outlook ratings during April 2013. A host of technology heavyweights, including Apple, Cisco and Oracle, fell outside the top 10, with just 59 percent of Apple employees seeing the business outlook getting better. However, tech companies did dominate the top of the list, with Google employees being most optimistic, as 86 percent of them believe the company's business will perform better in the next six months. As a Google software engineer from Stockholm, Sweden, recently wrote: "The projects we're working on are all very inspiring. The company has a long-term vision I can actually subscribe to, personally. The company exists to do good." Here are the top 10 companies with the best business outlook in the next six months.
