The conference is sponsored by the Eastern Idaho chapter of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), Bechtel BWXT Idaho LLC, the Eastern Idaho Forum for Information Technology (EIFIT) and the National Information Assurance Training and Education Center at Idaho State University.

Most of our speakers will return to the audience and listen to other talks. We have setup ToorCon to be a more intimate environment conducive to learning.
