    Ex-JDE Chief Heads Egenera

      Robert Dutkowsky, chairman, president and CEO of J.D. Edwards until PeopleSofts purchase of the company last year, this week will take the reins at blade server maker Egenera.

      Dutkowsky will be named chairman, president and CEO of the 4-year-old company, replacing Vern Brownell, who founded Egenera in 2000. Brownell will stay on as executive vice president and chief technology officer.
