The Flatpack application bundle packaging format is supported in Fedora 24, providing users with an optional approach to finding and installing applications. Flatpack is a cross-Linux distribution packaging system that enables software developers to build a single application package that can work across multiple flavors of Linux.
7Firefox 47 Is the Default Browser
Once again, Fedora has chosen to stick with Mozilla’s open-source Firefox as the default Web browser. For Fedora 24, Firefox 47 is the included version.
