5Granite State Solid in Fourth Place
New Hampshire’s average connection speeds clocked in a 10.1M bps, sliding 2.5 percent from the previous quarter but up 25 percent year-over-year.
6Way Out West, and All Alone
Utah was the only state not in New England or on the East Coast to place in the top ten for connecting speeds, boasting an average of 9.5M bps, up 4.5 percent quarter-over-quarter and 26 percent year-over-year.
7Old Line State is Online

8Surf’s Up in the Ocean State
