LiveCycle Mosaic ES2 is a customizable RIA workspace that provides knowledge workers with a relevant view of information that they can manipulate, analyze and act upon, to improve decision making and process efficiency. Users can switch between multiple tasks without losing work in progress, and can save workspaces to return to later, preserving data context on the server. Users can also access workspaces while disconnected from the servers via an Adobe AIR desktop application, and can connect remotely from a browser client on both Windows and Macintosh operating systems.

For enterprise developers, LiveCycle ES2 integrates more tightly with the open, ubiquitous Flash Platform and PDF technologies, letting developers create user-centric software that contrasts with traditionally unwieldy system-centric, enterprise software.

LiveCycle Mosaic Designer ES2 is a new composite RIA framework that brings higher productivity to Adobe Flex and LiveCycle developers, enabling the mashup and reuse of Flex and Web application tiles that create rich, contextual, end-user workspaces.

LiveCycle ES lets enterprise developers use drag-and-drop bundles of code to build and deploy automated processes that connect back-end data and real-time workflows with intuitive, personalized, interactive user applications.

LiveCycle ES customizable RIA workspaces can be easily configured to combine multiple elements important to a knowledge worker, such as this example that combines business activity monitoring (BAM) dashboards with news feeds.

Adobe Solution Accelerators help organizations kick-start project planning and prototyping, and decrease development time by providing best practice methodologies, UI and process templates, and code building blocks to extend LiveCycle ES2. In addition to the Account Enrollment Solution Accelerator and Correspondence Management Solution Accelerator for financial services institutions, Adobe now offers Benefits and Services Delivery Solution Accelerator for government entities; Electronic Submissions Solution Accelerator for life sciences organizations; and Human Capital Applications Solution Accelerator for businesses and government entities.

LiveCycle Launchpad ES2 provides easy desktop access to LiveCycle ES services. Users can use a simple drag-and-drop interface to, for example, create a PDF or add policies for secure document processes.

LiveCycle Workspace ES2 Mobile offers access to LiveCycle ES2 from iPhone, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile devices, allowing users to interact with tasks on the go.

Enterprise customers will be able to deploy LiveCycle ES2 as fully managed production instances in the cloud, with 24/7 monitoring and support from Adobe, including product upgrades. LiveCycle ES2 preconfigured instances will be hosted in the Amazon Web Services cloud computing environment, providing organizations with a faster deployment path and lower total cost of ownership.
