Remote IT infrastructure management specialist NetEnrich introduced its Small Business Services package, designed to support IT solution providers who deliver managed services to small and midsize businesses. The technology that powers the SBS framework is NetEnrich’s Agent, with built-in discovery capabilities to identify infrastructure and application instances, track and record actions performed by NetEnrich, and report on Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) completed as defined by ITIL service standards.

In addition, NetEnrich provides an ISO 27001-certified Network Operations Center (NOC), which is staffed 24/7 with the capability to perform full remediation and vendor technical coordination when necessary. The services are designed for small businesses with 50 or less employees, five servers and five network devices, the company noted in a release.

Available from the Ingram Micro Services Division, NetEnrich’s remotely managed SBS platforms work to free up time from the service provider’s engineering and technical staff. The Service Delivery Framework offers a “single pane of glass” view in to an end client’s server and network environment, in addition to infrastructure applications, such as Exchange, Active Directory and Microsoft SBS.

“NetEnrich’s Small Business Services package will lighten the load for our engineers and allow them to focus more on delivering superior customer service,” said David Prince of Databranch, a NetEnrich partner. “NetEnrich knows what it takes to manage all types and sizes of environments. Our clients expect that we will deliver expert service at competitive prices, and NetEnrich’s new Small Business Services enable us to deliver on that expectation.”

NetEnrich CEO Raju Chekuri said that solution providers help small businesses use technology as a strategic advantage. “SMBs make up the majority of our North America business landscape. Our partners serve as CIOs and IT operations teams for their SMB clients,” he said. “We’ve packaged our Small Business Services to address the IT operational needs of companies with 50 employees or less and provide our partners with the support they need to deliver the highest quality IT service experience at a fair price.”

The package includes one server and operating system (OS), including up to three infrastructure applications that will be monitored, managed with standardized preventative care (such as patching and A/V update), with the firewall and the Internet Service Provider (ISP) managed via up/down monitoring and full-ISP remediation with reporting, up to vendor technical coordination. Partners can choose to have the L1 router or be switch managed, the company said.

In addition, the service offers ITIL-based SOP practices on all device alerts and alert remediation, with Vendor Technical Support for the infrastructure applications and firewall, desktop preventative care, which includes anti-virus updates for up to five desktops, business-critical SBS IT operation reports.

“NetEnrich worked closely with a number of Ingram Micro channel partners to develop its new Small Business Services package and ensure it met their business needs,” says Jason Bystrak, director of sales, Ingram Micro Services Division, North America. “We’re pleased to bring this new offering to market and make it easier for our mutual MSP partners to offer enterprise-class services to SMB client.”
