Marketing automation software firm Infusionsoft announced a partnership with PowerPay, an e-commerce processing specialist. Under the agreement, Infusionsoft’s customers will be able to utilize of PowerPay’s payment processing solutions without any set-up fees. Additionally, Infusionsoft customers will have priority access to a dedicated toll free support line.
Infusionsoft said e-commerce lies at the heart of the company’s guarantee to double the sales of any small business. They assured this partnership would enable Infusionsoft’s customers to work with a credit payment processor that encourages small businesses to process transactions in volume.
“By partnering with Infusionsoft, we can now provide the most powerful all-in-one processing solution in the industry, helping entrepreneurs to reach their growth potential,” said Jud Smith, vice president of affiliate relations for PowerPay. “Unlike other processors, we at PowerPay are dedicated to catering to small businesses that have a focus on high-volume, high-growth e-commerce – those that don’t have a lot of overhead but drive a lot of volume. With Infusionsoft, we can help all small businesses dramatically grow their sales.”
Dana Palmblad, director of business development and strategic partnerships at Infusionsoft, called PowerPay is an outstanding addition to the Infusionsoft software platform because the company parallels their belief in the power of small business owners. “Our passion is revolutionizing the way entrepreneurs do business,” Palmblad said. “Now that over 400 users have doubled their sales, we are striving to continue to provide our customers with the best services possible, so that all small businesses can attain and surpass their growth goals.”
Infusionsoft’s director of marketing Tyler Garns said he believes small business owners don’t want to “buy a solution” and be left on their own to solve a problem. Instead, they’d rather partner with a company they know will be there for them if they need help. “Many small business owners simply don’t have the tools they need to grow their businesses. They spend countless hours trying to use different systems together, software solutions and technologies, only to find themselves in utter chaos,” he said. “That’s one of the main problems Infusionsoft solves.”
Although this is Infusionsoft’s first partnership, PowerPay announced late last year announced a partnership that provided PowerPay’s payment processing solutions to Web.com’s eCommerce customers. Under the agreement, Web.com will offer its eCommerce customers payment processing solutions, coupled with enhanced fraud detection and card security compliance features, which can lower their credit card processing fees by up to 25 percent.
