SciQuest Inc. a company that sells life sciences supply chain management software recently said it will be purchased by Trinity Ventures for just over $25 million.
The company said a privately-held company can avoid some of the regulatory burdens that apply to public companies and will allow SciQuest to spend more of its energy to reach its market.
