Accpac International Inc., of Pleasanton, Calif., has released Accpac eCRM, a suite that provides sales, marketing, call center and customer service applications accessible by Web browsers and wireless devices.

The applications are integrated with the Accpac Advantage Series back-office applications, including the Accpac eTransact Web store solution.

The system also includes an integrated work flow engine allowing companies to implement rules based on data processing.

Accpac eCRM supports sales cycle analysis; territory alignment; call list assembly and proposal generation; call logging, tracking, escalation and resolution management functions; and a computer telephony integration option.

Accpac eCRM is a licensed or hosted offering. Pricing starts at $15,000.
