In continuing pursuit of the paperless office, Cardiff Software Inc. has released Teleform Version 8.0, the latest upgrade of its electronic forms software.
Teleform supports the electronic routing of forms and documents, providing a migration path from paper to electronic forms via a connect agent to Cardiffs LiquidOffice e-forms management software. It includes a remote capture option, enabling organizations to scan documents from anywhere, using a remote scanning station, then transmit forms electronically via the Web.
Teleform features a centralized server so companies can manage form folders and templates for departments or groups and eliminate searching through long lists of files, said the San Diego company. Teleform 8.0 is available now and ranges in price from $6,000 to $11,500.
