Accordent Technologies easy-to-use, $15,000 Presenter Pro Enterprise Edition 5.5 lets companies quickly build and broadcast Webcast content.

Presenter Pro includes four components: an encoder for creating Microsofts Windows Media and RealNetworks Real Media content, Presentation Wizard for building Webcasts, Presentation Manager for managing events, and Archive Wizard for archiving events.

Presentation Wizard organizes content prior to an event, and I found it to be straightforward and easy to use.

Presentation Manager manages event features such as pushing slides, collecting registration data and running polls.

Id like an integrated tool for publishing events to Presentation Manager. As it stands, event managers must load project files just prior to an event from a shared resource, such as a network drive.
