Accpaccrm.com is relatively simple, especially when compared with NetCRM and Salesforce.com, and this simplicity has benefits and drawbacks. For example, with Accpaccrm.com, we rarely needed to think about where in the application we were at any given moment. However, we missed the multiple entry points that the other products more complex interfaces provided.

Accpaccrm.com is relatively simple, especially when compared with NetCRM and Salesforce.com, and this simplicity has benefits and drawbacks. Review: Accpaccrm.comReview: NetCRM 9.5Review: Salesforce.com Spring 04Review: Salesnet ExtendedGroupLink Provides Appliance Option for CRM

Accpaccrm.com, which was updated in February, allowed us to mix and match application features, such as tasks and data, within the dashboard.

Generating reports in Accpaccrm.com was a straightforward process, and we liked the way the reporting engine put options for output format—such as PDF or CSV (comma-separated values)—front and center in the report-generation wizard.

Accpaccrm.coms core sales and customer management features are similar to those of the other services we reviewed, but Accpaccrm. com organizes and presents information in a different way.

For example, while the other services rely mainly on tabs for navigation and text-heavy lists and forms, Accpaccrm.com splits navigation between icons and tabs and displays information in graphic tables. This model makes it easier to access features and data. The trade-off, however, is that Accpaccrm.com isnt as snappy a performer as the Salesnet or Salesforce.com services.

Accpaccrm.com lags behind the competition when it comes to integration with corporate data because it doesnt have an extensible application development environment or API support. Like the other services, however, Accpaccrm.com can be customized through the addition of custom fields and the layout and modification of screens.

With Accpaccrm.com, workflows are edited graphically rather than with the tables and drop-down menus that others systems use. This will be a boon for companies that have limited IT resources.

Accpaccrm.com also has the ability to separate individual from team CRM functions.

Accpaccrm.com is the only product in this review that is available both as a service and as a licensed application. The company also offers a hosted accounting application, Accpac Advantage, that can be integrated with the CRM application (similar to the way the NetSuite service includes an accounting application).
