2. Veodia, Clearspace UniteVeodia’s enterprise video service took top prize for the Enterprise 2.0 show’s Launch Pad event June 11. Now the company has integrated its crisp streaming video tool with Jive Software’s Clearspace, allowing users to create and consume video within the collaboration space in a matter of moments.

3. Attensa FeedServerFor companies that need to share information internally, traditional RSS applications may not be the best choice. Enter Attensa, whose FeedServer lets publishers create an e-mail-to-RSS feed by adding an e-mail address generated by FeedServer to the “To:” field in an e-mail client. Content can be published just by sending an e-mail.

4. Socialtext’s SocialCalcSocialCalc is a multiuser spreadsheet program that can be dumped into a wiki to help business users compile and compare data. Compared with a traditional spreadsheet sent via e-mail, SocialCalc breaks down work into easy increments. Individuals can work on their own sections and are provided with a roll-up dashboard, an audit trail of changes and simple update notifications.

ThoughtFarmer Intranet 3.0Version 3.0 of OpenRoad Communications’ ThoughtFarmer Intranet includes several features that make it easy to work across multiple languages, including the ability to bounce back and forth between languages. For example, a U.S. employee reading a post by a colleague in China can click a button to get the content ported from Mandarin to English.

LiquidPlannerLiquidPlanner moved its namesake offering from beta to public at the show, proudly demonstrating new features, including e-mail notifications (pictured) to let collaborators receive updates on their upcoming tasks; bulk task operations to let users add up to 20 tasks at a time; and the ability to import Microsoft Project files and export LiquidPlanner projects into CSV files.
