Forrester Study: CRM Still Growing, But Anemically

Although it looks like IT spending is likely to sharply increase on almost all levels, the growth for CRM is expected to be much less robust, according to a recent Forrester Research report.

In a world where IT spending next year is expected to increase some 6.4 percent, CRM is projected to grow only two or three percent. A few years further down the road, Forrester projects, CRM will fare much better and it will have RFID to thank.
