Retalix has made a merger agreement with TCI Solutions, a company that provides strategic pricing, merchandising and inventory management technology for grocery stores.
TCI’s technology allows grocery stores to automate complex pricing and streamline inventory.
Retalix expects the merger to be complete during the second quarter of 2005.
