Working to get small and midsize businesses connected to private exchanges, integration network provider Viacore Inc. announced in December the availability of its QuickConnect Utility Service.

QuickConnect gives trading partners a bundled solution—business-to-business software, on-site installation, back-end systems integration, interoperability testing and certification—to establish system-to-system integration into private exchanges.

Viacore officials in Irvine, Calif., said the service will most directly affect the electronics industry, alleviating the RosettaNet communitys ongoing concerns related to cost and interoperability. The QuickConnect service includes software to deploy real-time, dynamic intercompany business processes and on-site installation of B2B software.

It is available now for $1,040 a month.
