Aperserv Technologies Inc. has rolled out an automated outsource management technology that gives enterprises a detailed view of the performance of third-party outsourcers SLAs.

With the Technology Outsourcer Management system, enterprises can pinpoint and resolve network problems quickly. The Web-based remote system alerts staff when a problem occurs, tracks the resolution and then compares performance with the service-level agreement. It monitors all outsourced Internet services, including co-locations, caching, application service providers, Internet service providers and management service providers.

The Vienna, Va., company said it offers an unprecedented SLA comparison capability and the first chance to compare performance problems with SLAs in real time. TOM, which requires no hardware or software installations, is priced at $1,500 per month.
