With several new tablets and an updated 2-in-1 device, Asus continued its product rollout at the Computex technology show on June 1 in Taipei, Taiwan, showing off a wide range of devices aimed at consumers and business users.

Highlighting the product mix is the Asus Transformer Book T100HA 2-in-1 (pictured), which gives users the benefits of a laptop while also offering the flexibility and simplicity of a tablet PC in the same device. The Transformer Book T100HA, which succeeds Asus’ earlier Transformer Book T100TA 2-in-1, offers a 10.1-inch display, a choice of quad-core Intel Atom Cherry Trail X5 series processors, 4GB of RAM, a USB Type-C port and 14 hours of battery life, while having a .33-inch thin chassis profile, according to Asus.

The upcoming Transformer Book, which will be available in silk white, tin grey, aqua blue or rouge pink metallic finishes, will come pre-installed with Windows 10 and will be available in the third quarter of 2015, according to Asus. Pricing has not yet been announced.

The company’s tablet offerings are being expanded with the ZenPad line of premium tablets that combine high-quality entertainment and productivity capabilities in three sizes for consumers, according to the company. The ZenPads, which can be purchased in 7-inch, 8-inch and 10-inch display sizes, can be obtained in models with WiFi or 3G LTE connectivity.

Each of the ZenPads include an HD IPS display as well as the Asus VisualMaster suite of visual enhancement technologies, which bring advanced image-processing to the devices for comprehensive visual optimization, according to the company. One of the key features, Asus Tru2Life, “analyzes each pixel in an image before it is displayed and performs an intelligent contrast and sharpness adjustments to boost dynamic range, revealing even the smallest details to ensure an incredibly realistic viewing experience,” according to Asus.

The ZenPad line also includes DTS Premium Sound technology for great audio sound from each device, along with the ability to play back or stream movies and music with up to 5.1 channels of DTS surround sound to a connected audio system.

The ZenPad 8.0 tablet includes embossed-leather patterning and premium styling cues, along with ergonomically-shaped rounded edges and a polished metallic frame. The ZenPad 8.0 also includes an innovative interchangeable cover design that lets users easily customize their tablet with functional back covers for the devices, according to Asus.

The Zen Clutch cover is a fashion accessory that combines elegant style with premium materials, while the optional Zen Case lets users outfit their tablets in a choice of five colors. The Power Case extends the battery life of the tablet to up to 15 hours of usage.

The ZenPad S 8.0 is a premium tablet model, combining the ultimate in style and beauty together with extreme performance, according to Asus. The ZenPad S 8.0 includes a 2K QXGA (1536x 2048) IPS display with a wide 178-degree viewing angle for easy viewing even from the side and a 324ppi pixel density for a stunning viewing experience. The ZenPad S 8.0 takes tablet performance to the next level with a 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 processor and a class-leading 4GB of RAM in an 8-inch tablet.

The ZenPad S 8.0 can also be acquired with an optional Z Stylus, which allows users to write and draw on the tablet as accurately as if they were using a pen on paper. The Z Stylus supports up to 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity and up to a 1.2mm writing tip.

The 10-inch ZenPad 10.1 can be purchased with an optional keyboard.
