AT&T hopes to bring mobile e-mail to the masses with its new $99 Ogo. The plastic clamshell device supports only e-mail and instant-messaging.
Although it is targeted to consumers, particularly teens, its $17.99 per month pricing plan may make it attractive to small businesses. The service features no contract and can be charged monthly to a credit card. The plan includes unlimited text messaging, POP3 e-mail, and e-mail and IM on either AOL, MSN, or Yahoo! Each additional e-mail/IM service adds $3 to the bill.
