AT&T and Verizon Wireless customers can now add the latest LG tablet computers to their accounts: the LG G Pad F 8.0 on AT&T and the LG G Pad X8.3 on Verizon.

AT&T’s LG G Pad F 8.0 (pictured) has an 8-inch HD+ In-Plane Switching (IPS) display, a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage of which 9.1GB is usable, support for up to 128GB of additional micro Secure Digital (SD) card storage, a 5-megapixel (MP) rear-facing auto-focus camera and a 4,200mAh Lithium-Ion battery that provides up to 9.5 hours of use on a charge. The tablet, which includes 4G LTE, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, also has a 2MP front-facing camera and runs on the Android 5.0 operating system.

The G Pad F 8.0’s display is multitasking-capable, allowing users to work on and display two apps side-by-side with its Dual Window feature. The tablet also includes the LG QPair feature, which lets the device answer calls and reply to messages received on the user’s compatible Android smartphone.

Also included is a stylus that allows users to take notes directly on the display screen using applications such as QuickMemo, according to AT&T. Also included is a full-size USB port that supports productivity and storage devices, simplifying connectivity with other products.

The LG G Pad F 8.0 can be purchased in AT&T stores and on ATT.com for $0 down and $12.50 per month with an AT&T Tablet Installment plan, or for $149.99 under a two-year contract. Customers can add the LG G Pad F 8.0 to a new or existing Mobile Share Value plan for $10 per month, according to AT&T.

Customers who buy an LG G Pad F 8.0 along with a new LG G4 or LG G Flex2 smartphone on an AT&T Next two-year contract can buy the tablet for only 99 cents for a limited time.

      Verizon’s Latest LG Tablet

Verizon customers can now choose from an LG G Pad X8.3 tablet, which includes an 8.3-inch full-HD IPS display, a 1.5GHz octa-core processor, 16GB of internal storage of which 9.1GB is usable, support for up to 128GB of additional micro SD card storage, an 8MP rear-facing camera and a 2MP front-facing camera. The LG G Pad X8.3 also includes a 4,800mAh battery, dual stereo speakers, a Dual Window feature for multi-tasking on a split screen, a full-sized USB port and runs on Android 5.0.

The LG G Pad X8.3 is available from Verizon stores and online through a 24-month Verizon Edge plan for $12.49 a month for 24 months for a total of $299.76, or for $129.999 with a two-year contract. For a limited time, customers who also buy a new LG G4 smartphone can get an LG G Pad X8.3 for $49.99, an LG G Pad 10.1 tablet for $99.99 (normally $149.99 with a two-year contract) or an LG Watch Urbane smartwatch for $299.99.
