T-Mobile USA last week announced an agreement to install Wi-Fi hot spots at American University in Washington, D.C. As part of the partnership, T-Mobile has outfitted 10 campus buildings with its T-Mobile Hotspot service.
The company said it has launched an initiative to bring Wi-Fi connectivity to semi-private locations, including campuses, and the American University deal is the initial phase of attaining its goal.
