Newly added capabilities include support for SpectraLinks Voice Priority protocol, sub-10-millisecond roaming between radios, and better control over voice and data traffic classification and prioritization—including the ability to create separate SSIDs for voice traffic.

The Wireless LAN Array is the first of a new category of hardware that combines access point radios and a switch into a single product. The software is available immediately as a free upgrade.
