The Cisco M-Learning application delivers modules of supplemental content intended to allow those preparing for Cisco certifications to study on the go.
Videos
M-learning modules are made up of short video presentations and other textual study aids.
Flash Cards
In addition to the video materials, modules may include a set of flash cards as study aids.
Modules
At launch, Cisco offered 18 modules, with topics ranging from basic OSI information to WLAN troubleshooting. Modules must be purchased from the Cisco M-Learning Website, not from within the app.
Download to Platform
After purchasing a module, users can download it to the appropriate device by visiting their inventory page.
Content
After downloading to the iPhone, users can then select and view the appropriate module.
Encrypted Content
Modules are encrypted, but users can play them across multiple devices—such as an iPhone and a Windows PC.
Storage
iPhone users can see how much device storage is consumed by modules and how much is available, and control the app’s max usage.
