CaseCentral Inc. last week announced an online collaboration and document management service designed for financial services companies.

DealCentral includes document collaboration tools, a searchable repository, a document processor and business analytics in an integrated service designed to accelerate the processing of financial deals, particularly sell-side mergers and acquisitions, buy-side M&As, private equity/venture capital placement, and initial-public- offering management.

The San Francisco companys DealCentral includes secure user authentication and access control services and can be configured to each clients workflow processes.

It is available now. Pricing varies, based on how the service is used.
