Even big business loves to break out the bad news during a vacation. And if it doesnt come in a formal press release, youre sure to find a few unwanted gifts in a SEC filing. A few examples: During the holiday break between Christmas and New Years, vendors issued a flood of new earnings warnings, and Pricelines founder skipped out of town. When will the next surprise arrive? Stay tuned for Presidents Day.
