The Government Printing Office sells CDs, manuals, databases and more. Used military aircraft, radar equipment, ships and trucks are going cheap at the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service. Some say the feds are competing with private enterprise, but comedians have scoffed free material from the government for years.
