The latest Vista build, 5365, was due this week, but it has not shipped; the patches released to fix the latest holes in IE were causing problems, so new ones are on the way. Microsoft delay tactics in the EU show that it is “hoping against hope” that it will not have to create a separate version of Windows for the European Community.
