Google is once again allowing sign-ups for Google Creator, where users forge their own personalized Web pages. Once again, there’s only a limited number of accounts available.

This is a repeat of last week, when Google opened up Google Creator for business, then Google claims it ran out of accounts in a few hours.

Ever go to a club, and wait on some long line to get inside, only to discover the place is half-empty. So why the line?
