AccelOps Launches Channel Program for Data Center Monitoring

The channel program offers potential partners 24/7 partner portal access to sales resources and support from sales reps, as well as referral fees for non-reseller partners.

Data center management and monitoring specialist AccelOps announced details of its channel program enabling partners to sell AccelOps' integrated data center monitoring platform. The program, targeting regional system integrators, value added resellers, service providers and agents, focuses on enablement, margins and value added services. Partners will be able to refer, resell, train and customize solutions for AccelOps' virtual appliance and SAAS (software as a service) offerings, the company noted.

AccelOps listed benefits of channel partnerships such as tiered reseller levels with "attractive" partner margins, referral fees for non-reseller partners, online deal registration to protect qualified accounts, online sales and service training, 24/7 partner portal access to sales resources and expedited technical support, evaluation product, means to create professional services opportunities and support from AccelOps' sales representatives.

In addition, the company also announced that authorized partners could offer security and infrastructure monitoring as a managed service powered by AccelOps as a co-branded service. The company said by teaming AccelOps' SAAS cloud with their expertise, partners can expand their service revenues into the mid-tier and SMB (small to medium-size business) market.
