IT infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting software developer Anturis announced the launch of Version 1.4 with Parallels Plesk integration within its monitoring and troubleshooting solution designed for small and midsize businesses.

The Version 1.4 launch follows Anturis’ recent integration with cPanel & WHM. With its new Parallels Plesk plug-in, Anturis now supports control panels for server and Web stack administration.

As a cloud-based service, Anturis does not require any additional resources and there is no software to install and maintain, as well as no need for additional configuration to utilize the solution.

This integration makes it easier to set up monitoring for Plesk Panel users, as the special Anturis plug-in can fetch both server and typical software configurations and set up monitoring of these elements automatically.

The Anturis IT monitoring solution provides the ability for external monitoring and troubleshooting of Web services, internal monitoring of servers, and applications and drill-down tools enable to find the root of problems for faster troubleshooting.

Version 1.4 offers other updated product features designed to optimize IT monitoring functionality, including more responsive and faster graphs, reworked graph user interface (UI) with more convenient access to single checks data, optimized back-end performance and optimized fail detection algorithm with improved false alerts filtering.

Also new to the latest edition is its Dashboards feature. The Dashboards feature offers an expansive view of a system’s operating metrics and can also be used as a tool for troubleshooting complex issues.

Dashboards allow users to see and compare the graphs of all system resources and applications, as well as graphs of external Web monitors. With Dashboards, users are also able zoom into a problem, visually check abnormal behavior and spot correlations between different metrics.

“2013 was a remarkable year for Anturis. We brought our beta IT monitoring solution to commercial launch, closed our venture funding and continued to improve our products to ensure we offer our users the best solutions in the market,” Sergey Nevstruev, Anturis CEO, said in a statement. “As simple as creating or logging in to their account, Anturis Version 1.4 with Parallels Plesk integration, now only takes minutes to set up and start monitoring all of a customer’s servers and software. It’s that simple. With Version 1.4, Web hosters and Website administrators who are using Parallels Plesk are now able to benefit from the simplicity of our cloud-based solution.”

In December the company announced that it has closed its $2 million Series A round of funding, led by Runa Capital and VEB Innovations (Vnesheconombank group).

The company is using the funds for the international expansion of its IT monitoring and troubleshooting solution, as well as for further research and development and new marketing and sales initiatives.
