Network Appliance Inc. is close to buying three of Ciscos six unoccupied buildings in North Carolinas Research Triangle Park. Then, NetApp is expected initially to add 300 jobs to its current count of 150 in RTP. The buildings could eventually accommodate more than 1,000 workers.
