Filanet Corp. has released the InterJak 200 802.11b Internet Service Appliance, which lets a small office set up a managed, integrated wired and wireless LAN and WAN solution, using one device.

The Sunnyvale, Calif., companys latest product comes with a range of standard and optional business-class network services, secured behind a firewall. Features include URL filtering to block access to offensive or unproductive URLs; Universal Serial Bus and FireWire ports, which enable plug and play of hard disks and printers; IP routing between Ethernet and WAN ports; Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol; and tools for local and remote management.

An external omnidirectional antenna provides wireless, multiple data access up to 800 feet.

Pricing for the InterJak 200 802.11b is $1,095. It is available now.
