RAID Inc. Announces SAN/NAS RAID Level 10 Solution

RAID Inc., a managed storage service provider based in Lawrence, Mass., has announced the SAN/NAS RL 10 Fusion, in effect combining the features of a storage gateway like file sharing, volume copy shadow services, multipathing and clustering with a SATA-2 (Serial ATA) network RL10 SAN (storage area network).

According to RAID Vice President Mark DiZoglio, combining these technologies provides users with the ability to add storage to an existing network with an active directory of services from a single console. The combined solution also offers much faster block data-level transfers, he said.
