K2 Digital Inc., of New York, has released a desktop customer support product called K2 Help. K2 Help can be used to create 360-degree product views, such as of a video camera or dishwasher, with a point-and-click interface to give customers the support information they need without having to turn to a call center or Web support application.

K2 Help contains an integrated browser and search engine for navigation of local and Internet-based information.

It can also receive product updates from the Internet. K2 Help can provide help, product demonstrations, self-guided user training and documentation.

K2 Help is available now; pricing ranges from $150,000 to $200,000, depending on features required.
