Support.com Inc. is extending its Mobile Support Solution technical support software to the Research In Motion Ltd. BlackBerry and Microsoft Corp. Pocket PC platforms. The software already supports Palm OS mobile devices.

Mobile Support Solution can be embedded into Palm OS, BlackBerry and Pocket PC products to extend enhanced automated support services to customers. It can also be integrated into the enterprise and used with Support. coms Resolution Suite software to support business applications such as sales force automation and supply chain management, said officials in Redwood City, Calif.

Mobile Support Solution provides customers with a personalized support experience based on the specific context of a users problem. BlackBerry and Pocket PC support is due this month.
