As Samsung’s Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge smartphones go on sale on March 11, AT&T and T-Mobile are offering buy-one-get-one-free deals on the handsets to new and existing customers who add a new line of service.

AT&T will provide a free Galaxy S7 phone to customers who add a new S7 or S7 Edge handset and a new line of service through a 30-month AT&T Next 24 installment plan, according to a March 8 announcement, while T-Mobile is offering customers a choice of a free S7 or S7 Edge handset with the purchase of a second device.

The AT&T offer applies to qualified AT&T mobile service plans, including its Mobile Share Value plans, which start at $70 a month for two lines. Customers will receive up to $695 in bill credits for the free phone spread out over 30 monthly bills for the second device, according to the company. Customers must pay the taxes on both phones at the time of the original sale.

Customers who already preordered their S7 and S7 Edge phones will also be eligible for the offer, as will AT&T’s business customers, according to the company.

AT&T customers can also get up to $650 in credits per line to move their mobile phone accounts to AT&T from a competitor under the offer.

T-Mobile’s buy-one -get-one-free offer on the S7/S7 Edge Galaxy handsets means that customers can buy an S7 for no money down or an S7 Edge for $59.99 down, while getting the second device for free after a rebate via a prepaid debit card. The customer will have to pay for the more expensive S7 Edge if taking an S7 for free. If both phones are S7 Edge models, then one will be provided for free. T-Mobile customers who preordered their S7 or S7 Edge devices are also eligible for the promotion. T-Mobile customers can get three lines of service with unlimited 4G LTE data for $150 a month, plus a fourth line for free, under an existing offer. T-Mobile customers can also get a free year of Netflix with the purchase of one of the phones through March 18.

T-Mobile customers in New York City can see and try the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge smartphones live at the company’s new Times Square Signature store starting at 9 a.m. ET on March 10, where the new Samsung Galaxy Gear VR virtual-reality headsets will also be available for customers to test-drive.

T-Mobile is selling a 32GB S7 handset for $669.99 after 24 payments ($27.92 for 23 months plus $27.83 for the final payment), or an S7 Edge for $779.99 after 24 payments ($30 a month for 24 months after $59.99 down). The S7 will be available in Black Onyx or Gold Platinum, while the S7 Edge will be available in Black Onyx, Silver Titanium or Gold Platinum.

Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge customers with any carrier who preorder one of the devices or buy one before March 18 will be eligible to receive a free Gear VR virtual-reality headset and 6 VR games, a total value of about $150, while supplies last. The promotion is available through Samsung.

The latest Galaxy S7 Edge and S7 handsets are water-resistant and are powered by Qualcomm quad-core 2.15GHz/1.6GHz processors for U.S. users and include 4GB of LPDDR4 memory, 32GB of built-in storage, microSD expansion slots, a 12-megapixel dual-pixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The Galaxy S7 Edge features a 5.5-inch quad-HD Super AMOLED display and a screen that wraps around both right and left edges of the device, while the Galaxy S7 has a 5.1-inch quad-HD Super AMOLED display.
